  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   The size of the room and the facilities. The coffee maker. The bathroom accessories. The breakfast was great, and we loved the waffle maker. We stayed at the star - Excellent staff... Everyone was professional and friendly. We came over from Seattle. I had booked the stay online at letsbookhotel.com...we had a dog with us, and I had listed pet friendly as a requirement. Somehow letsbookhotel.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really appreciated that.

  loved the meals, they were fantastic Beds and room were super clean, front desk very helpful. Wait staff at restaurant were great. Friendly. - staff was very good when fire alarm went of . They did a great job.
