  I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. - The views from terraces are just gorgeous.   Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto.   Läget var helt fantastiskt! Gångavstånd till fallen och allt runt omkring. Hade bokat rum med "fallsview" men på plats uppgraderade vi rummet ytterliggare med ca 50 Kanadadollar per natt, och det va värt allt. Fick på 39:e våningen med kanonutsikt! Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell. - Läget

  Very nice accomodations for the money. Small kitchenette was an added feature. Breakfast offered many choices, hot and cold.   My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  location was good, it was great to have the kitchen facilities and the washing machine on our city trip. The pool was great and the views from the apartment were gorgeous. The train station is only 10 minutes walk away and Square one shopping centre is also 10 minutes walk away. Included pots, pans, plates, and utensils for the kitchen. Now that I have done a stay in an apartment like this I have a better idea of extra stuff to take and would definitely rent this room or one like it in the future.

  I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered relief for our situation.

I had booked with letsbookhotel.com, left my full name on the information yet somehow letsbookhotel.com had my first name as my last name and N/A as my first.   Great that we got an upgrade to two rooms for 2 grand-parents with daughter and her two children. The lady looking after the breakfast was most accommodating, friendly and went out of her way to look after our family. - We were just there for one night, but it was excellent.
