  I really liked the fact that you could get breakfast in the lobby downstairs. Of course it was delicious & hope to stay at other Comfort Inns in the future with the same hospitality.   Comfortable stay in clean room. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good for this type of hotel in Canada but don't expect the full breakfast you would get in the uk or Germany. - Loved that there was a pool and hot tub!   Staff was very friendly and accomdating. It was easily seen from highway. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and water pressure were impressive. It was a very comfortable stay for me. - The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Location - out of the downtown area but not too far from it. Also close to shopping and restaurants.

  It was vert clean and comfortable, that's not a easy stuff in the place where is located such far away from urban area. - Friendly service. The breakfast was decent and included in the price and m team had a pool to burn off some energy.

  The Sword Best Western is a good hotel. there is a few buildings outside the main building. That gives it a hotel-motel feel. This is a good thing. We prefer those rooms. They are kept spotless clean. They even have "clean remotes". I have never seen this at any other hotel. The restaurant is great and the waitresses are very friendly as well as ... vad folk säger » the rest of the staff. - The hotel was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The hotel is dog friendly. It is very helpful if you have a pet. There is a space where you can walk/exersise your pet behind the hotel, but it is not a dog designated area. My dog is very active and needs to run before going to bed, so I was glad.

  The women working on the front desk and the house cleaning staff were very helpful. They helped us install a raised toilet seat after my husband's surgery. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent. I loved the walking path behind the hotel and the gorgeous view from our room.   the rooms were nicely sized and the hotel was close to everything. the staff was extremely nice we even stayed an extra night and they were able to accomodate us. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, we would go back again!!

  We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. If you're looking for a fancy room, this place is not for you but if you're looking to just have a nice comfortable place to sleep and re... vad folk säger » lax, I would recommend the Inn by the Falls. There are always people who will complain about something.Overall, we had a great time in the Falls. Enjo - The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!
