  It was vert clean and comfortable, that's not a easy stuff in the place where is located such far away from urban area. - Friendly service. The breakfast was decent and included in the price and m team had a pool to burn off some energy.

  Comfortable stay in clean room. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good for this type of hotel in Canada but don't expect the full breakfast you would get in the uk or Germany. - Loved that there was a pool and hot tub!   We booked a king business suite at Travelodge Oshawa last minute on letsbookhotel.com because of a death in the family. Upon arrival, our room was ready and checking in was quick, friendly yet professional. The room was spotless, all the electronics worked great and a bonus was the endless hot water supply! There was a choices - Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Easy access to 401 or to shopping malls & secondary roads to stay off the 401. We were upgraded to a room that was awesome & fit our stay perfectly. Breakfast bar had hot food (eggs, bacon or sausage) along with the usual & real cutlery, cups & plates! Bonus!!!! A wonderful stay.

  The women working on the front desk and the house cleaning staff were very helpful. They helped us install a raised toilet seat after my husband's surgery. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent. I loved the walking path behind the hotel and the gorgeous view from our room.   The owner was helpful, and very accommodating. He even picked us up at the Coach bus depot. The beds were comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and the hotel was in a very quiet area.   The Sword Best Western is a good hotel. there is a few buildings outside the main building. That gives it a hotel-motel feel. This is a good thing. We prefer those rooms. They are kept spotless clean. They even have "clean remotes". I have never seen this at any other hotel. The restaurant is great and the waitresses are very friendly as well as ... vad folk säger » the rest of the staff. - The hotel was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The hotel is dog friendly. It is very helpful if you have a pet. There is a space where you can walk/exersise your pet behind the hotel, but it is not a dog designated area. My dog is very active and needs to run before going to bed, so I was glad.
