  Location of the place, with the 23rd (and maybe also some other levels) overlooking Queen's Street and the new City Hall is simply fantastic. My main incentive to stay in this hotel was that the Airport Express stops 20 meters from the exit, Toronto coach terminal 200 meters, and it was at most 20 minutes leisurely walk from the most remore parts ... vad folk säger » of the U.of T. campus. Otherwise, it was the only place downtown Toronto below 120$ a night for a room with an individual bathroom. Staff, both at the - Location, location, location. And price. The hotel across the street is 3x the price of Chestnut. The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a student residence cafeteria and plenty of it.

  We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. The hosts were really nice and attentive to our needs, even though we stayed for one night they really made us feel at home giving us access to there fridge with bottled water/dr... vad folk säger » inks and the tea and coffee facilities. The room was small but had everything we needed from a flat screen TV to a walk-in closet, it was really cosy - Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. The bathroom was large with free bath oil, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There were robes and slippers in the room. Cable TV with kid friendly channels. Host Alexandra was very friendly and accommodating. her husband carried my bag to and from the car.   Tahir is a very gracious host and from the moment I arrived I felt right at home. The guesthouse is very clean and comfortable and in walking distance of many restaurants and markets - as well as public transportation. During my stay I enjoyed cooking dinner and chatting with Tahir and some fellow guests, and I was able to get a good night's sleep... vad folk säger » in preparation for an important meeting the next day. I would recommend the guesthouse to anyone looking for a great and affordable option in Toronto - This place is a little gem! I would recommend to all my friends and family. Prime location for airport hotel prices -- you really can't go wrong. Book direct as Tahir will price-match whatever other sites have quoted. Warm and welcoming feel (I stayed in January). Clean and plentifully equipped kitchen. Great bathrooms with good pressure. My decision to stay here was based on the positive reviews read here. Everything you read is true. Tahir keeps this place running tip-top. Five stars.
