  This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace. We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing! ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice. Perfect stay!!!

  It was an unbelievable stay! We were there from Friday to Monday morning, and it was a stay that we will never forget! Their relentless attention to detail, is unbelievable. It is this attention to detail, that adds up to a wonderful and impeccable place to stay! I wold recommend staying at Trump Hotel if you can afford it!   i have a bad lower back problem, so i have to consider the quality of hotel that can address this problem area. well the bed at soho was exceptional. the bar on the main floor was unbelieveable, really cool atmoshpere and amazing music/decor/lighting. i was able to talk without screaming to my wife and the prices for alcoholic beverages were reaso... vad folk säger » nable. also, the soaps/shampoos that the hotel provides were fantastic. one more thing-since the hotel was not busy, they upgraded my room. - The front desk staff and the concierge were all very friendly. It truly felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out (especially the closet arrangement) was superb. I am a very sqeamish houseguest, but the rooms were immaculate.

  The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity. It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very easy walk to the park and there were plenty of benches to view the water and catch the breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. The room was spotles - We went during the off season so special discounted rates were in effect. Otherwise we could have never experienced such a luxurious inn! The decor was beautiful, the staff was eager to make us feel special but humble at the same time, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the rose and weather report gifts were nice added touches.   You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel.   There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. They upgraded our room to a much bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.
