  I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too.   I loved the convenience of the location. It is only two hour driving from Toronto and hotel has beautiful scenery looking to the lake. the free breakfast of good quality makes easier and happy and also free coffee in the lobby.   i have a bad lower back problem, so i have to consider the quality of hotel that can address this problem area. well the bed at soho was exceptional. the bar on the main floor was unbelieveable, really cool atmoshpere and amazing music/decor/lighting. i was able to talk without screaming to my wife and the prices for alcoholic beverages were reaso... vad folk säger » nable. also, the soaps/shampoos that the hotel provides were fantastic. one more thing-since the hotel was not busy, they upgraded my room. - The front desk staff and the concierge were all very friendly. It truly felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out (especially the closet arrangement) was superb. I am a very sqeamish houseguest, but the rooms were immaculate.

  The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity. It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very easy walk to the park and there were plenty of benches to view the water and catch the breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. The room was spotles - We went during the off season so special discounted rates were in effect. Otherwise we could have never experienced such a luxurious inn! The decor was beautiful, the staff was eager to make us feel special but humble at the same time, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the rose and weather report gifts were nice added touches. Don't listen to those people complaining about the cost of the microwave food at the bar. Sure, it's overly expensive, but the monorail will take you to the airport for free, and there are 24 hour restaurants there - not gourmet, but Swiss Chalet, Timmy's, etc

  I had to be located near the hospital during a bad snow storm. The Residence Inn fit the bill perfectly. Lovely room, very comfortable, accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, not your usual hotel breakfast. I will be staying there again! Wonderful hotel!

  Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated.
