  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   Location was excellent. You are right in the middle of everything. Trolley and boat cruises are right there. Staff was excellent and helpful. Included breakfast was very good, lots of variety Farmers market across the street Tuesday and Thursdays. We enjoyed our lake view from our room We enjoyed our first visit to Kingston. So historical.   the rooms were nicely sized and the hotel was close to everything. the staff was extremely nice we even stayed an extra night and they were able to accomodate us. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, we would go back again!!

  I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay!   After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine.   My wife and I have stayed there at least 6 times and I think it's the best place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake! Very friendly staff...very accommodating.
