  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in.   Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

  This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

Attending the PGA the location was good. A Continental Breakfast was included and the staff in charge made everyone feel comfortable with conversation.   The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat.   The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested.   One of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Great beds and very spacious. I will stay again for a late arrival into Ottawa as the price was less yet a better hotel than the others that I have stayed at in the past. - very helpful staff, check in was quick!
