  Marcel and Randy made my stay feel like it was my own home. The lodge is huge and built like a log house inside, hands down better than any hotel.

  The owner and his staff were excellent and we felt very welcome there and a part of. The place was spotless and everything was in great order we would recommend a stay there to everyone and will return hopefully next year with my husbands mom and step dad.   We stayed in the cottage and it was perfect. The decor is charming and it was very clean. Friends stayed in the main house and were also thrilled with the accommodations. We had three choices for breakfast and all were delicious. Comfortable, plenty of space, breakfast was excellent. Inn-keeper was friendly, professional, and attentive. Area had a lot of wildlife - we saw an elk and an owl near the inn in just the couple of days we stayed.

  because our pre booked was not ready they gave us an upgrade, not only had the room been updated but we had a kitchen with oven so were able to cook for our selves. The bed was fantastic,the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Staff very friendly and there was a pool and Hot Tub - Excellent value.   We enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel is pet friendly (with no size restriction - we have a 100 lbs dog) which is hard to find ($25 extra per night - standard rate for having a pet). Units are clean and fairly roomy. You can have up to 6 people for the same cost, which is great (2 bedroom townhouses so 2 people would have to use the pullout co... vad folk säger » uch in this case). The units are fairly dated so if you're looking for new televisions, appliances, etc then this isn't for you. They have appliances - We happened to be stranded in the inn during the recent flooding in Alberta, roads leading to and from Harvie Heights were blocked and water supply to the lodge was cut. The manager Paul was so kind to provide us with bottled water and kept us informed of the situation of the floodings and the road conditions continously. When the road going into Canmore was finally reopened, he volunteered to look for us alternatibe accommodation with water supply. He even reduced the room rate to compens

  Everything. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had all the pots and utensils needed if you wanted to make a meal instead of eat out. The view of the mountain is great. Supermarkets and stores are nearby. I called to say I would be checking in late and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. We had a three bedroom and it was as big as our duplex which was very nice. We only paid 74$ a night with letsbookhotel.com. When you wake up to a bunch of elk in the yard and mountains all around it's just spectacular!!!!!

  We had to cancel our original two nights hotel booking in Banff due to the Hwy 1 road closure caused by the disastrous flooding. We had to change our itinerary and travel through Red Deer to get to Jasper/Banff. We were so glad that we booked into The Hidden Ridge Resort instead (the hotel previously booked and cancelled didn't have a vacancy on t... vad folk säger » he new dates)! A beautiful mountain cottage/chalet setting with a stunning view, a spacious and very well equipped one bedroom apartment was a nice ch - The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)

  Loved the little cabins! They were quite comfortable and cute. Liked having the second bed - husband was able to sleep comfortably without me kicking him with my new leg cast! Breakfast was such a nice surprise of homemade scones and cereals w/ yogurt. Even gave recipes!! Lovely stay and would do it again. - Cottage was very cozy
