  The owner and his staff were excellent and we felt very welcome there and a part of. The place was spotless and everything was in great order we would recommend a stay there to everyone and will return hopefully next year with my husbands mom and step dad.   We had a fantastic stay! Staff were more than accommodating, room clean and well taken care of. Very considerate staff as we have some mobility problems.   Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.   Spent 2 very enjoyable nights there recently with our friends from Australia. It was comforting to come back to such nice rooms after spending the days out exploring Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

  This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  I loved how they tagged all the pillows with the firmness, this way you knew what to order if you wanted more of one type. Scott in the bar was very friendly and made a great cosmopolitan.
