  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous. I needed a specific type of tea which was supplied immediately.
