  allt - We stayed there for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. It was close to everything and the breakfast was wonderful and filling. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The 2 gentlemen on the front desk were very helpful and made us feel right at home.   Having spent 40+ weeks a year (for over 20 years) in hotels very much like this one I can honestly say that the staff here are in a class of their own. Only once every few years do I find such a well run operation full of such friendly, helpful and capable people.   Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cheerful (including the cleaning staff!). Great location, comfortable and clean room, free parking. This particular Days Inn is as good as a 2- or 3-star hotel can be. - Day clerk very helpful.

  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous. I needed a specific type of tea which was supplied immediately. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling.   I like facilities, staff services on desk, room services. The parking facilities is also very good. My family like because there is a wave pool, hot tub and other rides. They enjoyed a lot.   We loved the adjoining suites for our extended family from out of town, the large TV screens. The Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother were an amazing find in one of our suites.No fuss breakfasts were great, with a good variety of foods, even for our gluten and dairy free member, lots of space for our grandson to wander around. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

  The most pet friendly hotel we ever stayed at, the Comfort Inn really made us feel welcome. Amazing staff! The gentleman at the reception desk was so helpful and friendly.
