  The staff was helpful and happy, rooms were large and just like the pictures shown - clean and confortable! Lots of parking spaces!

  I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. It is really close to the falls like they say, and a ton of restaurants. It is right across the street from the IMAX theatre. Anything further away is a very easy, quick bus ride which stop ri... vad folk säger » ght outside the door. We parked our car on the Saturday afternoon and didn't have to move it until check out the next afternoon. - The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet. I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

  The nice view, the great location and the friendly staff - It was walking distance from the falls, but not too close.....The staff was nice and watched our suitcase before and after official checking in and out time.

  The outdoor swimming pool was awesome, very clean and great temperature. The front desk staff was great, they helped in many ways our vacation travels in NIagara Falls. - Very good, comfortable, spacious room - I was attraced to this hotel because of the outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool, all very clean
