Heather was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs benedict perfect!
We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! The room was absolutely perfect with a 4 poster bed, massive sitting area and a spa bath. What more could you want!

The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

David; the owner was very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay at the Bed & Breakfast enjoyable and it definitely was! It was our first time in Niagara Falls; were there on vacation celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary! David suggested different places to see and to visit during our stay and made a fabulous breakfast for us every

awesome. The bathroom (with jacuzzi tub!) was huge, the sunroom patio
was such a nice place to relax and read, and the king size bed was super
comfortable. David was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. The
location was also fantastic. The walk down to the Falls and other
attractions (casino, Clifton Hill, Skylon, etc) was less than 10
minutes. We parked our car on site, and walked everywhere. Definitely
recommend, and

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.

Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing.

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, the resort was very clean and the water park, storytime shows and cub club were lots of fun. - My family and myself enjoy the easy of checking in and sufficient staff on duty at front desk.

Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
clean, kept up well, and seemed to be well run. Location was perfect.

The view is the best (room 3806) can see both falls and rainbow bridge,
even has a window you can crack open to here the roar of the falls.
Location is great and bus system was easy to use. Went first week of
April & not busy! I would not go during peak times. Stay was for two
days. Did Journey behind the falls, Butterfly & Aviary Houses,
Clifton Hill area. Drove the Niagara Pkwy from hotel to Niagara on the
Lakes very cool scenery. Kelsey's was a good place to eat. Sky wheel

The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!

Läget var helt fantastiskt! Gångavstånd till fallen och allt runt
omkring. Hade bokat rum med "fallsview" men på plats
uppgraderade vi rummet ytterliggare med ca 50 Kanadadollar per natt, och
det va värt allt. Fick på 39:e våningen med kanonutsikt! Kan starkt
rekommendera detta hotell. -
