  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. Also... vad folk säger » , I was amazed at the free calling privileges at the hotel. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

  The location was excellent and for the price it was good value. Staff was friendly. Nice outside grounds. My personal experience was better than some reviews I had read. There may be some rooms that have problems but not the one that I stayed in. I would suggest that if you are not satisfied with your room you ask for another one as the staff were... vad folk säger » very accommodating with any of my requests for any extras. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been to Niagara Falls many times but aside for friendly hotel service, they gave us a great tip for where to park (saved quite a bit here) and eat (new dining experience). The rooms were large and the bed matresses were very comfortable. We all had a good sleep. 42&Quot; Flat screen tv. Great for a budget hotel.
