  the rooms were nicely sized and the hotel was close to everything. the staff was extremely nice we even stayed an extra night and they were able to accomodate us. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, we would go back again!!

  I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay!   I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. The rooms are modern, clean... vad folk säger » and very comfortable but do not have a mini-fridge or micro-oven. Parking is free, as is WiFi and the hotel offers a very good hot complimentary brea - 4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space. Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food. Coffee is always available. The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

  Läget var helt fantastiskt! Gångavstånd till fallen och allt runt omkring. Hade bokat rum med "fallsview" men på plats uppgraderade vi rummet ytterliggare med ca 50 Kanadadollar per natt, och det va värt allt. Fick på 39:e våningen med kanonutsikt! Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell. - Läget

  My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing. Loads to do in the vicinity. Bought an 'Adventure Pass' to 'Behind the Falls', 'Niagara Fury', 'White Water Walk' and of course, the 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride to the heart of the falls. Noticed there was lots of family attrac - Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.
