  Location is excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely bed linens and toiletries. The valet parking was a great deal at $22 a day. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, too. - The proximity of everything, the value for my money - Proximity to Parliament Hill and other attractions.

  The first time I booked indigo was a random pick, it was a really luck pick! I was very impressed about the room design, young and modern look. The rooms have wood floors rather than dirty carpet, I guess that's the main reason I love this hotel. The wall paper design is catchy and with large nature pic.   The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable. The beds and pillows are the best. - The bed was comfortable... vad folk säger » . It was nice having the mall attached. You could not hear anything outside the room (traffic, kids, etc.) Skating on the canal was great! There were lots of choices to eat very close.

  Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast at reasonable price. I was particularly impressed by the gracious booking of the shuttle bus back to the airport and by the elderly gentleman who was able to retrieve my luggage and wait for me until the arrival of the shuttle bus.
