  Location is excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely bed linens and toiletries. The valet parking was a great deal at $22 a day. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, too. - The proximity of everything, the value for my money - Proximity to Parliament Hill and other attractions.

  The first time I booked indigo was a random pick, it was a really luck pick! I was very impressed about the room design, young and modern look. The rooms have wood floors rather than dirty carpet, I guess that's the main reason I love this hotel. The wall paper design is catchy and with large nature pic.   The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling.
