I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -
Since i've stayed there 14 days in three separate visited over the last 3 1/2 weeks,

The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -

... vad folk säger » times as well as attended conferences there. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a suite.The front clerk informed me that this was done for me to avoid being disturbed by partiers. I certainly appreciated that.

I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service!

I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. -

I contacted them in advance to arrange for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room as a surprise. The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The
check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view.
The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room.

I treated myself to a mini staycation to a spa treatment at the Sweetgrass Spa (just next to Ivy) and had a wonderful refreshing body treatment. Then checked in the Ivy for a comfy quiet stay. It's wonderful to the mind and soul. The room was perfect, the bed was super comfy. Will definitely go back for another treat. -

informed that I had been selected as their Guest of the Day and upgraded
to a suite for no extra charge. I was very surprised and appreciative of

I like the Hyatt because it's close to Rogers Center, ACC, CN Tower etc. It is near fine dining and theater.
It's in the heart of TIFF...so you may see celebrities....the New York Red Bulls soccer team was there on this particular weekend.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel is in an excellent location and we were able to walk everywhere

The front desk staff and the concierge were all very friendly. It truly
felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out
(especially the closet arrangement) was superb. I am a very sqeamish
houseguest, but the rooms were immaculate.
