  I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. - Large, well equipped room with huge queen-size bed. Breakfast was excellent although qui... vad folk säger » te expensive.   Location of the place, with the 23rd (and maybe also some other levels) overlooking Queen's Street and the new City Hall is simply fantastic. My main incentive to stay in this hotel was that the Airport Express stops 20 meters from the exit, Toronto coach terminal 200 meters, and it was at most 20 minutes leisurely walk from the most remore parts ... vad folk säger » of the U.of T. campus. Otherwise, it was the only place downtown Toronto below 120$ a night for a room with an individual bathroom. Staff, both at the - Location, location, location. And price. The hotel across the street is 3x the price of Chestnut. The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a student residence cafeteria and plenty of it.

  I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service! - It was the best hotel I'd ever stayed at!

  Totally centrally located in the business district. Very comfortable and very modern with all amenities of an apart including able to do laundry. Perfect wi-fi connection. Perfect nearness to transit. Quiet - no noise. An amazing place for the price. Not sure what to add to describe how this place is perfect. - Great stay. No problems at all.

  The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. And the restaurant service was very attentive and - Location perfect - could walk to so much. View was awesome - 20th floor toward needle, like a postcard. Breakfast nice (included), service excellent.Quiet. Loved the glass elevators. Pool was nice, good sauna. Porters out front let us know about the self-park garage which was $21 for overnight and we were very close to the hotel entrance. The room and bed was so nice, we enjoyed spending time there.
