  I am a big letsbookhotel.com user and in the past 15 years I have never awarded a 10/10 for any establishment! Until Now! Home Lodge is an absolute gem. OK it's a guest house, not a 5 star hotel in downtown Banff or Vancouver. It is much more than that. First the location. Set in a real Rocky Mountain location 2-3 miles from Golden. Lynn was an incredible hostess, amazingly hospitable. She had great information on restaurants, events and activities in the area. The lodge itself was outstanding; very comfortable, modern and pristine. The breakfast was more than we could have asked for, including the plethora of gluten free options (was one of the main reasons we chose it in the first place).   We choose this B & B having read the excellent reviews about it and we were not disappointed. There was nothing we could fault and endorse the other very favourable reviews regarding the property, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast and more importantly owner, etc. We only stayed one night as we were on our way back to Calgary airport. The location is perfect, a quiet corner in the amazing Rockies. The house and the room are brand new, very, very, very clean and tastefully decorated. Paul and Kat work hard to refresh the rooms every morning! The bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were great and the hosts, Paul and Kat, are wonderful. Through their suggestions and tips we went to amazing places in the area and very good restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.
