  We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, everything was fresh and some of the ingredients came from chef's garden it was one of the best meals we had ... vad folk säger » during our trip. Golden is a great location as it is close to Banff NP, and other national parks. We also stopped off at Field, a small mining town o - CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. Did not want to leave

  We stayed for one night when travelling through to Banff. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The living space was nice although we weren't there long enough to make the most of it. We popped into the hot tub which was lovely, although we had to dodge the mosquitoes. The owner was lovely and gave us lots of advice about must-see sights. Yum. - We had the whole guest floor (3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, hot tub) for ourselves. Our host was very friendly and cared about us. Quiet. Excellent rooms and bath. Fabulous homemade breakfast. You MUST try her homemade Granola muesli !!!

  Absolutely stunning chalet in the mountains. Lots provided to make you feel at home. Gorgeous views - would have loved to have stayed longer. We loved it! - bedrooms, separate bathrooms. BBQ, mountain view and horses. fireplace. Everything was great. Very clean and beautiful place.

  This accommodation is more than what we can ask for. Golden itself is an ideal rest point for people heading to Lake Louise. The inn is like a home away from home, superbly furnished with exquisite furniture yet very reasonably priced with continental breakfast provided. Before leaving home we were called by the manager to indicate that the road for travel beyond was closed and that we could cancel our reservation, if we needed to travel an alternate route.   The location was amazing! We felt we were in the centre of a wildlife haven. The scenery was wonderful, the lodges well appointed so that you were not overlooked.
