Great location, really nice house, feels like being at home rather than in a hotel. I liked the freedom to come and go and to use the kitchen. Room and bathroom were really nice. As a solo business traveller this Inn really suits my needs. Would certainly recommend staying here rather than in downtown hotels. Close to river paths and shops,restaurants in Kensington, Hillhurst and Parkdale areas of Calgary. 25 minute walk along river path into downtown. Really good value - high standard accommod.

Very good location. The owners were very friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant. I would for sure book again if I return to Calgary. Very clean, new guesthouse. We got offered an upgrade to the bigger king room for $35. We declined, after which they upgraded us for free. It is nice family house and they provide us free breakfast .its very clean and Kim was so nice and friendly.i really recommend it. Bed was great. Room was very luxurious. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will come back. Unique, high end furnishings and comfort. Friendly staff. Clean, close to downtown. Clean and comfortable bed. As a solo business traveller this is a perfect place for me to stay. Much better value than downtown hotels, yet still close to downtown. High quality accommodation and freedom to be in what feels like a real home. The owners are developing a great business here and very open to feedback. The owner even drove me into town for my business meeting! They go out of their way to please. A range of self-service continental breakfast items are available. This is not a full-service B&B but a beautiful h. The location is very good. Within walking distance of the Kingston district and close enough to downtown. This was basically a room within a house. The house is new. The furnishings were new. It was upscale. Some people might want more than the self-service continental style breakfast and might expect a full service B&B Inn. Some visitors might also prefer to have their rooms serviced daily. No credit card facilities (was not warned of this beforehand). $20 cleaning fee added to bill (was not told of this when booking). The two king bedrooms share a bathroom. Luckily for us there wasn't anyone staying in the other room. Coffee making facilities in room but no coffee. For this price it would be nice to maybe include a continental breakfast. River views mean views of the river across a very busy road. Couldn't pay with Visa. No bar of soap or bath mat or hand towel. needs a bit more amenities for it to be considered luxury. Very little. If you expect a full service B&B you might not like the informal feel of this house. If you want to stay with people who really want to please, you will like it. It's usual in Canada to take our shoes off because of the grit and ice on the paths - and this house has beautiful wooden floors so you don't want to spoil them. Self-serve Continental breakfast might not suit everyone. . This is a family home. There are lots of rules - do nots. If you like the comfort of your bed being made up each day and bathroom refreshed, this is not the place. Each time we came back to the house, we felt like we were intruding on the family. Proprietor Kim is very friendly but Jon needs to work on his people skills. He was very close to rude when we checked in. They only accept Cash or epayment in Canadian $ so be prepared for this. There were no staff or room service or concierge or dining facilities. At check in there is just a guy whom has no identification and didn't understand English very well. And this guy wandered the house through the night as if he were spying.
