It is a nice play to stay - a small family hotel, but the double room we rented was exactly as shown on the pictures on letsbookhotel.com. It was clean, cosy with balcony, Air conditioning, bathroom with shower, and a big wardrobe. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming people and offered their hospitality. The hotel itself is very close to the city center of Velingrad.
