It is a nice play to stay - a small family hotel, but the double room we rented was exactly as shown on the pictures on letsbookhotel.com. It was clean, cosy with balcony, Air conditioning, bathroom with shower, and a big wardrobe. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming people and offered their hospitality. The hotel itself is very close to the city center of Velingrad. Doesn't have SPA facilities, as it is a small family hotel.
