  An excellent hotel, with probably the best views in Copacabana, specially at the higher levels. I was at the 27th floor and with a view over the Pao de AÇucar from the bed itself, amazing. The standard room I had needed some redecorating for sure, but it was very spacious and had a fantastic city view.   Very clean and organized. Staff extremely helpful and kind! Front desk people spoke perfect English. Tours and directions readily available. Also a great location!! I would enthusiastically recommend this hostel!

When we arrived tired (without luggage, lost by the airline) we were offered a room already at 0600 although we hadn't expected to check-in until 1400.   Personal både vid frukost och front desk är mycket trevliga, all personal var mycket hjälpsamma , Frukosten mycket bra , - We loved the staff at the Ipanema Inn. Everyone there spoke English and were extremely helpful in finding excursions, transportation, food etc.. We had a large group of 6 (2 seniors and 2 children under 9) which made for ... vad folk säger » some difficult logistics when traveling and the staff here made everything easy. Breakfast buffet was amazing and you can walk to the beach. Hotel provides umbrella and towels to chill on the beach for free. This is a great place to stay and will do it again. - The hotel has been refurbished, is clean, comfortable and the staff and breakfast are great. It is close to shopping, restaurants and close to the beach. Most of the staff speak English. We had a spacious family suite with a terrace and beach view. Also, the a/c unit was quiet and the shower was good too. - Hotel staff very attentative and helpful. Probably the best value for money in the area. Breakfast simple but sufficient. Same as the rooms. Although I stayed in a room with street view, there is no noise. Definitely a good option for those who want good location and good service without being ripped off.
