  WE also had an excellent quality meal in the evening, top notch, and it meant free breakfast next morning, which was also fabulous - We had lots of space and could turn up the radiators. I liked the freedom to cater for ourselves in the room, but was not sure we were supposed to.   Good location in Rochefort. Easy access to the cave, information office and the bus stops to and from the train station in Jemelle. Room was comfy and big. - Convenient location for our journey. Very helpful manager. Very comfortable room, with some interesting design features. Excellent quality breakfast.

  This treasure in Rochefort should be rated as a five star. The charm of this hotel should make this a must stay for anyone in the area. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Made arrangements for dinner and were shown to our spacious and well decorated french country rooms. We relaxed on the beautiful terrace for a before dinner drink. The meal was the best during our tr - What a fabulous hotel! Our room with a garden view was spacious, comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. All of these would have made for a great stay but the adjoining restaurant pushes it firmly in the fabulous category. What a beautiful manor house, lovely dining rooms and lounges - joined to the more modern hotel by a walk through the wine cellars. Absolutely wonderful food - we ordered two courses but ended up having an eight course meal with delicious and beaut
