  They are good organized. We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation). Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment. There is a folder with your name, inside that folder there are all the... vad folk säger » info to reach your apartment, all the info for the parking, all the info for the kitchen as well for the WI-FI connection...and so on. The design ins - When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro

  The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

  Central and really friendly hotel where pets are welcome. We had an early start so we were offered and provided with a breakfast to go. I highly reccomend this hotel. - Good location. Very nice environment. Staff was friendly and helpful took the time to provide some tips on travelling in Belgium. Excellent breakfast.

  A lovely hotel very highly decorated very quirky!! The staff were very friendly and helpful always available to help with anything you needed. Our room was on the ground floor and very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely and plenty of it.   The owner Veronique welcomed myself & 2 children warmly on arrival and gave us a snippet of her obviously vast knowledge on what to do in Bruges.Her manner was the same throughout our stay there..always friendly and offering ideas.The room we stayed in was immaculately clean and comfortable..the breakfast provided each morning was plentiful a... vad folk säger » nd varied..an excellent start to the day...and the location is just a minutes walk from Market Square.if you are going to Bruges dont even consider an - Accommodations were quiet, secure and lovely with ample room for the 3 of us in a triple room. Comfortable beds with nice sheets and towels. Bathroom was beautiful and clean. Location can't be beat, just a short walk off the main square. Excellent breakfast, both hot and cold options, in a pretty breakfast room. Stored our luggage before and after our stay.
