  We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper. Anne and Filip were fabulous hosts, going above and beyond their duty to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The layout of the B&B, the fantastic rural views, the small pond, the bridge, the doves, geese, black swans were like out of a romantic film.   This hotel and the proprietor are both absolutely charming. Carinne made us feel as though we were being welcomed into her own home. On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast which Carinne provides is extensive and includes homebaked bread and pate and a selection of cooke - I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast

  Perfect is how I would describe the Yoake .My husband and I spend our holidays travelling around Europe on our motorbike staying at hotels and b and b,s and I can honestly say it is the only place so far that we have given 10 out of 10.   Absolutely loved this B&B! We stayed in the small guest cottage with the loft. It was amazing! Had such character. It was truly like staying with family on their private estate. This is a Boutique venue worth visiting. There are a couple of good restaurants, especially the jazz club bar and restaurant in the local village. We would have no hesitation in staying again when visiting Bruges and the surrounding country.

  Sofia and her husband, Chris gave us a very warm welcome with the offer of a beer. Our suite was large, designery, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were numerous small details that turned our stay from very pleasant into lovely. Sofia was very helpful at suggesting restaurants and made reservations on our behalf every evening. Th - First and foremost, order the breakfast here - it is amazing and one of the best I've had while travelling. The facility is extremely nice - big clean rooms with a really nice pool area and comfortable common areas. It is located a couple of blocks outside of Bruges old town and it is a delightful 15 minute walk to the main square. Parking was easy & the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. It is an especially ideal place for families. They even provide small bathrobes for the kid
