This hotel and the proprietor are both absolutely charming. Carinne made us feel as though we were being welcomed into her own home. On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast

An excellent and up market B&B. The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bath facility was exceptional. The BandB is located within easy walking distance of the Old Town as well as the rail station. At night, all was extremly quiet. The breakfast was excellent as well. Over all, it was an extremly pleasant stay. - The bandb was amazing.AAA.Decorated in ArtDecó, it is so nice.We arrivedand nicely,Catherine offered us a coffe in her living-room.The room wasvery clean and perfectly decorated.Situation from the center is quitegood,at 10 minutes.The breakfast was perfect,and she prepared all withcaptivation.I Left the car in a garage for free in front of thehotel.Totally recomended.We´ll return for sure.

First and foremost, order the breakfast here - it is amazing and one of the best I've had while travelling. The facility is extremely nice - big clean rooms with a really nice pool area and comfortable common areas. It is located a couple of blocks outside of Bruges old town and it is a delightful 15 minute walk to the main square. Parking was easy & the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. We have stayed here twice now at christmas time and it has had a really festive feel both times. The rooms are really clean and nicely decorated and also the dining room. The lady that runs the guesthouse is very friendly and the location is great, just behind the square. Would definately stay there again.

Everything - location, staff, quality of food, peace and quiet, comfort. The owners are wonderful and cannot enough to make your stay the best possible. It was helpful that one of the owners is Scottish so there was no language problem. We'll definitely be returning here. Only one and a half hour's drive from Calais.
