  Very helpful, very friendly the room was large and clean the location was excellent for walking/shopping/exploring further afield and only a short drive to the port of Dunkirk. The architecture is fabulous and is a privilege to see and stay in this beautiful building. Close to the town centre and the Ghent-Wevelgem route!! Friendly and helpful family staff. We stayed with a 2 year old and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was an absolute pleasure including the "crumbled" eggs!!

  Perfect is how I would describe the Yoake .My husband and I spend our holidays travelling around Europe on our motorbike staying at hotels and b and b,s and I can honestly say it is the only place so far that we have given 10 out of 10. The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

  Lovely helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable/clean room. Great location right on the beach and very close to shops and night life. Super fast room service. Really couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely stay here again - A great Hotel and Location with fantastic spacious rooms.   the hotel was tucked away in poperinge near Ypres and was quite delightful. The rooms were very nice with excellent bathrooms. The 4 course set meal was delicious and good value for money.   The owners are friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful. The accommodation has been newly built in a residential area as a B&B business in the countryside and is clean, comfortable and fit for purpose. The venue is extremely well placed for visits to WWI graves and related sites and the owner is a tour guide specialising in local WWI his... vad folk säger » tory. Overall the facilities are very highly highly commended. - The Aphrodite B& B was of 5 star standard with spacious rooms furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The host Heidi & Dirk were superb and most welcoming. The breakfasts were wonderful and would keep us going for the day. We would definitely stay there again. Ideally located for Ieper and the battlefields of the First World War. Dirk is a first class guide to the area.
