  The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.

  nice atmosphere, nice room very clean not to crowdy Hamman , Sauna , swimming pool, hot / cold tub breakfast friendly staff - its the more confortable matresses i sleept in the last month, good breakfast, private, covered parking, ill come again :)

  Perfect is how I would describe the Yoake .My husband and I spend our holidays travelling around Europe on our motorbike staying at hotels and b and b,s and I can honestly say it is the only place so far that we have given 10 out of 10. The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

  Everything! Excellently appointed, luxurious, friendly and helpful staff, large, beautifully decorated and furnished room with free wif-fi internet. Lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast and perfect location just off the main squares - and all at a very good rate. - everything at the hotel was amazingly excellent!   Lovely helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable/clean room. Great location right on the beach and very close to shops and night life. Super fast room service. Really couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely stay here again - A great Hotel and Location with fantastic spacious rooms.   The owners are friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful. The accommodation has been newly built in a residential area as a B&B business in the countryside and is clean, comfortable and fit for purpose. Overall the facilities are very highly highly commended. - The Aphrodite B& B was of 5 star standard with spacious rooms furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The host Heidi & Dirk were superb and most welcoming. The breakfasts were wonderful and would keep us going for the day. We would definitely stay there again. Ideally located for Ieper and the battlefields of the First World War. Dirk is a first class guide to the area.

  I am Belgian and I know this hotel. The transport firm I worked for had their 20th party there, so I have stayed here before. The attention to detail hasn't altered. It is truly a good hotel. - Everything. I have stayed at the Beveren literally hundreds of times (although not much recently) - it is my preferred choice when working in Sint-Niklaas
