  Hotellets placering på orten - The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible. When our baby got sick, all three front-desk staffers weresimultaneously on their cell phones, calling doctors, pharmacies, andfriends who had babies (and might therefore know... vad folk säger » something about whathappens when a baby gets sick). They were amazing! - easy parking, helpful staff, good breakfast included.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. - Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point.   Super fast checkin (~1min only signed already filled form). Free shuttle bus every 30mins. Very convenient location. Some reviewers wrote about some problems with the access cards. I saw that the system is similar with another located in London where the issue was that I kept my cart together with Oyster so my recommendation is to keep it separate ... vad folk säger » from any magnetic cards. - very very friendly staff, helpful and always had a smile

  Läget och frukosten. - The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was an excellent inclusion. Bathroom, shower, water pressure + hot/cold -all very good - Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice vicinity - park of Tervuren, African museum.
