  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The "included" breakfast was the best we had during our European holiday! Our purpose in staying in Bastogne was to tour the Battle of the Bulge sights. I highly recommend Henri Mignon as a travel guide.   When the five of us arrived late that first night, rather exhausted after a bike trip of some 220 kms in the sun, Iriann made us feel welcome. Drinks were served swiftly and at regular intervals, our evening dinner was cooked to our whims: spaghetti with two sauces in separate bowls and a couple of sunny side up eggs. Breakfast was delicious and made of the stuff cyclists appreciate: fresh juice, a choice of cereals and dairy prod - Just returned from a fantastic weekend staying in the Hotel Le Nid d'Izel Gaume-Ardenne with a group of 20+ friends and Marc & his wife took such good care of us all! Fluent in English they went beyond the usual call of duty helping us to arrange restaurant and taxi reservations (not easy for 20+ people!!) and let us fully explore their fine selection of Belgian beers (I dare anyone to try the Trappist Monk Challenge!!) Already starting to arrange (and looking forward to) our return in 2014
