  The location was great, very close to the station. It was generally clean and tidy and the rooms were large enough. I arranged a group booking for 15 and they accommodated us all with no fuss. Most importantly, the hotel staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better service. It was three blocks from the Train Station, and there was a park next door. Breakfast was included, but I chose it seeing that another package for the same price was offered w/o breakfast. ??? The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked that we were offered to stay till 1300 as a late check in.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Friendly helpful owner and staff.Good continental buffet breakfast. Hotel is in a nice area of Antwerp (End of 8 and 12 Tram line).   I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent! Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed!   The concept behind Number 22 is unique. We had three rooms being part of a wedding party, and each room was original in it's own way. The best part is that binding the three rooms was a lovely little room terrace that bound us all together.
