  Very friendly and capable hotel staff, very good value for money overall. The hotel is really close to the center of Ostend and the beach. - The Manager and his wife were very friendly. The breakfast could not be faulted. The Dinner was excellent

  This is the second time I've stayed here and I've no complaints whatsoever. OK the rooms are a bit scruffy but are perfectly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast, though simple, is well worth getting up for. The small bar is characterful with a local trade and relatively cheap drinks and stays open as late as you want. For value for money this suited me perfectly - rooms were v good we had two rooms and they were next to each other the only ones on the floor. The rooms were clean basic but just what we wanted for a two night stay. Had read some bad reviews but these did not aply yo our stay. We were greeted in a friendly manner and everything about the hotel was explained to us. The staff were very attentive through out our stay. The location was excellent for the beach and the shopping. Would certainly stay here again .

  Friendly English speaking welcome, low cost but adequate room, lovely Buffet Breakfast, Nice Bar, good location nr Town and Beach, smoking rooms available, just the job! - Easy to find on tram route from railway station, good beaches and nicebars for all ages very close by, the breakfast was really nice and worthevery euro.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was simple but clean and had enough room for a couple with two small children (triple room). The breakfast buffet was good. The location just 100 metres from the beach and with plenty of food outlets nearby was great. A good hotel for a short stay with kids. - Location was just great,the Ho... vad folk säger » tel is hardly 100m from the beach and in the nearby gives ample of shopping and eating opportunities. The Hotel is also not far from the train station,could be reached walking. The staff was also supportive. Overall its value for money.
