  We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus. Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative. Very friendly and helpful staff. Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.   locate in city center. the nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. the car parking place is 3 mins walk, which cost 14.6 euro for a day. about 20 mins walk to the Grand Square. We booked a two bed rooms apartment. The room is good, it also has a big kitchen, which provide convenience to us. He gave us a place to rest while our apartment was made ready for us. Location was good.

  Owner and staff were very kind. Location is also close to tourist attractions, but it is in a location that is very calm atmosphere. When the price is right there are very few hotels like this in Brussels. - The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.

Many good - 1.Hotel is after reconstruction - rooms are new and clean. 2.Location - 10 min walk to Grand Place. 3.Close to Brussels Centraal, we paid for taxi from the hotel to BC 6 euro or you can walk there around 20 min through the city centre. 4.Price. 5.A lot of cafes and restaurants close to the hotel - on Place Saint-Gery and Place Sainte-Catherine. 6.A funny "pissing dog" sculpture just round the corner:) 7.Parking.

  The location was great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything for those who wish to cook- even dish washing liquid! There are extra duvets and pillows and also an ironing board and an iron. The parking (upon reservation) is on the basement of the building so it is a matter of just taking the elevator up.
