  Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable hotel. Weekend rate including breakfast was very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast hours were generous. Late checkout on Sunday at no extra charge. Easy to reach from train station Midi/Zuid (3 stops on metro line 2).   The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. The hotel itself is in a very good area for sightseeing in the Brussels area.
