All is very-very old and authentic, except a modern fashion bath (santech is in good condition, radiators is warm what was very important dew to really cold weather). Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. There was a great selection of TV channels

The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

I highly recommend this accommodation. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The square was a short walking distance and we were able to walk most places. The stairs are a little steep but that has been the case with majority of our accommodation and were helped to carry our bags. Overall, loved it!

This place was great! Edmund (one of the people who lives there) came by and gave us advice on where to go out, and what was fun to do. The neighborhood is really cool, and my sister and I felt totally safe walking around. The room was a nice, quiet place to rest after long days of walking and sight-seeing. i would recommend it to anyone! -
