  Quirky, stylish, superbly-located establishment, just off a pretty and quiet little square, five minutes' walk from the Grand-Place. It's a tiny place - only three bedrooms, each occupying one floor of a narrow building whose ground fllor used to be a butchers' shop (tiles walls and meat-hooks still in evidence). Excellent continental style - Our hosts were friendly and full of local information about where to go to eat and places to see. The hotel was charming, funky, loaded with atmosphere and plenty of well thought out renovations. Breakfast was delicious. Our suite was quiet, spacious with very comfy bed and a great view over the street below.

  Clean and quiet though in the centre and practically next or close to everything you may want to visit in Brussels. The room was as new, breakfast room cosy and well arranged so to be able to have breakfast even before the set times.   Very comfortable, cool design, great layout, lots of room, direct access to garden, breakfast was simple and high quality. 5 min walk to metro means access very good. I will definitely use it again. Also the cost was very reasonable (in Brussels terms). The build is also very anonymous - and understated (which I like). In a very good location to where I needed to be next morning and the Enoteca da Valentino restaurant around the corner at the end of the road was excellent for dinner. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and with free wifi. Breakfast was good to. So all in all a great choice for the money.

  Rooms were clean and new. Owners Xavier and his mother (forgotten her name) were lovely people. Xavier was such a gentleman helping us with our bags up 3 flights of stairs. He very informative with what to do in and around town. Xavier and his mother were able to call around to find out if things were open and to book things.   One of the best b&b's I have ever visited! Really cool interiors, interesting design which managed to be cosy and welcoming as well as distinctively edgy, the room was spacious, modern and very very VERY clean, comfy bed, lovely breakfast served in a nice communal area.. I never thought that for that price we would get such comfort and such great treatment!   Great room, comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Double bath!! Parking was conveniently situated. Breakfast was spent talking to other guests, very pleasant. We found it easy to walk around and quickly found the way to the Grand Place. Very friendly staff, vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants but once inside, an Oasis of calm.   We had a wonderfully positive stay. Our host was able to give us an overview of the city, and was readily available at any time because the intercom rings to her phone when she is not on premises. The rooms were capacious and clean.
