  Excellent location right in front of the Cathedral and near to bars and restaurants. We had our room upgraded to a larger room overlooking the Cathedral square. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was €5 extra per person per day which was quite reasonable for the area of Antwerp. - Price and location are unbeatable. Very friendly.   We were a party of 3.The apartment we were given had 3 floor'S.Twin bedroom on the bottom floor,toilet and shower on the second floor and another twin bedroom,on the top floor.It is a great location,in the City centre. - The owner was super helpful and nice.   The B&B is located in a fantastic position, just over 5 minutes walk from the main square. The room itself is more like a studio apartment, and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious; there was a great selection of food, and we loved that breakfast was served in a little basket outside your door. The breakfast you got every morning was done with such detail is it unbelievable . They even gave us beer two nights to drink . They were very helpful and also lent us their bicycles . We were there over the Gay Outgames and they never made us feel uncomfortable because we are gay. Thanks so much guys

  The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a nice view over the river from the balcony. Superbly placed for access to the centre of Antwerp, and easy to find from the motorway. The free car park just across the road was also very handy. We had a fantastic stay and were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. - We enjoined our stay very much. This hotel is really special, I've never been to a smaller one. However, everything was perfect, nice interior, stunning view, location close to antique shops and very good family style service. The breakfast served on the room was the icing on the cake.

  It were very difficult time for me ( I breake up with my boyfriend),and all situation in hotell make me feel comfortable and help me get over with my pain. - I had a beautiful room with everything I needed. Was much learger and modern than I had thought it would be - especially for the price.

  I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent! Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed!   The concept behind Number 22 is unique. We had three rooms being part of a wedding party, and each room was original in it's own way. The best part is that binding the three rooms was a lovely little room terrace that bound us all together.
