  Fabien is extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. The guest house is literally close to EVERYTHING you would want to see and experience in Brussels: be it train stations, sights, or night life.   The B & B is in a convenient location to the old town. Mario was very helpful in explaining what to see and where to eat. A very good bed, pillows and sheets. The B&B is very clean & serves a very nice continental breakfast. It was a great location and only a short distance to the Grand Place! When we were leaving in the morning Guiseppe gave us a bag of fresh croissants for the drive tothe Netherlands and I thought that was such a nice thing to do!   The employees and the owner are exceptionally nice people. My wife and I sat at the little wine bar one evening and had several glasses of wine and a nice conversation with the owner. Breakfast food is good and the coffee is great. The rooms are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was antique furniture in the place and modern fixtures. Interesting and charming. Breakfast was good and the host was very talkative and friendly. Easy access to the Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and all the shopping.

  Quirky, stylish, superbly-located establishment, just off a pretty and quiet little square, five minutes' walk from the Grand-Place. It's a tiny place - only three bedrooms, each occupying one floor of a narrow building whose ground fllor used to be a butchers' shop (tiles walls and meat-hooks still in evidence). Excellent continental style - Our hosts were friendly and full of local information about where to go to eat and places to see.   A charming 4-floor house from 1850 on the old route to Santiago de Compostela. Renovated in 2000 in a way very similar to how I do-it-yourselfed myself around 1990. Creative way of fitting a shower in such an old room. Good pressure on the water, good temperature. Excellent bed. WiFi.   I had a brief but fantastic stay. The owner is very helpful and all the information pre- and post-stay was complete. The area is easy to find, well communicated and feels safe. Also extremely quiet. Recommended, I will surely try to stay with them again when I'm back in Brussels.
