The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

Many thanks to the staff especially to Mr. Naciri. Highly professionalservice. Design hotel with a well kept garden. The room was comfortableand neat. The bathroom spotless with all the amenities. Room was new, clean and spacious. there was kitchen, although we did not need. but it was good. Location is superb. There is a lot of parking space. Breakfast was very nice and had more variety then other hotels. - that there are possibilities to make a hot drink in the room

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
