Fint och fräscht hotell med mycket bra läge i förhållande till alla EU-byggnader. Tyst och lugnt, och perfekt med egna möjligheter till matlagning. Wifi var snabbt och fungerade mycket bra. Kommer gärna tillbaka! -

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. Position was where we needed to be; staff were extremely helpful; room was just what we needed; reduced rate brought it within the price bracket we sought. - The freedom of self catering and the extra space by having a four person apartment. Plenty of space in the car park.
