  We stayed in the Gastenkamers (B&B) which were just up the road from the hotel itself. The room was charming and very large with an ingenious "fold-out" balcony.   Arriving at the hotel on Wednesday with my husband was delightful, I hadthe flu and could not have gone anywhere better. This is a wonderfulplace to stay which we will certainly be returning to. - It felt like a home away from home. The interiors were exquisite and the attention to detail in all areas of the operation was first rate. A class act.

  From the moment I arrived I felt special. That feeling remained throughout my all too short visit.The location, an easy walk from the train station, is central to everything Poperinge offers. I was there the two nights that the restaurant is closed, but other guests gave it high marks. The beds and chairs are very comfortable. I will return with my wife who is picky, but will love this hotel and it's owners. - I was visiting with a friend & my son & stayed in the suite which was ideal with two rooms. The purpose of our trip was to visit the ww1 sites & the holel was in a lovely situation overlooking the town square with many other bars & restuarants available to relax after our visits. Hotel spotless & friendly well situated for the bus stop & train station with late trains from Eiper. The food served in the restuarnt was superb as was the service. Would certainly return.
