  Superb accommodation and lovely staff made my stay perfect. The rooms are exceptionally well appointed and would compare to any 5 star establishment. Highly recommended.

After having travelled for nearly a month it was both a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

  I have been staying there regularly for years as it is by far the most comfrtable hotel in Brussels. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

  Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen - Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room.
