  Room was maybe 50 feet from Mannekin Pis (sp?). Small, family run hotel (6 rooms). They asked you what time you wanted breakfast brought to your room and were absolutely punctual, to the minute. Only 2 blocks from the Grand Plas. Also, only a couple blocks from Gare Central. Great location. Staff is very friendly while also being non-intrusive. The fact that they bring breakfast to your room is also a nice touch. We were not bothered at all by tourists in the street being loud or anything, as some people reported, and we had a first floor room.

  This place is right where you want to be. Just a few steps away is great shopping, restaurants, etc just a little off the beaten path which was cool. Then, Grand Place is just a few blocks away. The staff is super nice and helpful. Giuseppe was awesome. The first day he pulled out a map and gave us some awesome suggestions for restaurants and... vad folk säger » areas we probably wouldn't have found. He really made the stay that much better. The room is newly renovated and the fixtures are nice. Very brigh - The flat is very well located in the alternative district of St Gery. It is maximum 5 minutes walking from the Grand Place (city center) and from the Manneken Pis. The staff is very nice. I recommend this location for people who want to sleep/stay in a charming and well located flat.

  The B & B is in a convenient location to the old town. Mario was very helpful in explaining what to see and where to eat. A very good bed, pillows and sheets. The B&B is very clean & serves a very nice continental breakfast. It was a great location and only a short distance to the Grand Place! When we were leaving in the morning Guiseppe gave us a bag of fresh croissants for the drive tothe Netherlands and I thought that was such a nice thing to do!   The employees and the owner are exceptionally nice people. My wife and I sat at the little wine bar one evening and had several glasses of wine and a nice conversation with the owner. Easy access to the Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and all the shopping.

  Being situated in the real downtown centre but in a very small street where they owe the only 3 house (1 with studios & apartments, the other 2 with rooms), it is of a real big pleasure to have this quiet island in a very small street with no noise and no traffic around. All was perfect, the receptionist smiling and helpful. For such - Our room was very clean and quiet with plenty of big windows to let in lots of light, with a small kitchen which proved to be quite convenient. The location is excellent, and just a short walk to the Grand Place. The beds were probably the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed in, and the linens and towels were of a high quality. A home away from home in Brussels!

The owner is very friendly. We loved it! We will definitely stay there again.
