  Free airport shuttle was a lifesaver especially at late arrival because it would be hard to find the hotel except taking a taxi. The size, comfort and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Breakfast room, staff and breakfast itself was perfect. Local bus stops were just a few steps away. Silent and safe neighborhood. The location is convenient if you have a car and are travelling to Brussels for 1 or two days only. Breakfast were just great (eggs, cheesse, fresh vegetables and fruit, etc.)

After having travelled for nearly a month it was both a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

Hotellet ligger en kort promenad eller en snabb spårvagnsresa från turistkvarteren. - The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. I did not try the breakfast, but the lounge, where it was served looked great. Another plus: really good wifi included - you just get the code with the room keycard. Overall one of the best - Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.
