This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was provided, continental but all very fresh and good quality not like some other dodgy ones that I've had in some big chains.

The rooms on the first floor are very nicely decorated and space -
Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent B and B and a true find at the price. The size of the room is gigantic. The styling is impeccable. The bed is luxurious and can be adjusted into sitting position electrically. I did not try try the jacuzzi, but the separate shower works great. Service and knowledge of the area is very good. Breakfast was very tasty. Owners are really nice.

We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.
Both negative comments I consider sort of trade-off for stylish equipment, which is really unique.
